- You must provide us with all the required and accurate information about each booking to ensure we deliver to your expectation. This includes but is not limited to:
- Desired photo angles
- Drone location inclusions
- K1 Media is flexible when it comes to making changes to bookings, however we do need to know of any changes minimum 24 hours before the appointment. This will allow us to prepare for the job, if you are adding requirements, or rebook it at a time that is suitable to all. Note that is a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of its scheduled time, you will be charged a $60 fee.
- Please note that we normally allow for 1 hour to complete a standard real-estate shoot. If a video is part of the package, we may need to extend the booking to 90 min.
- We normally deliver photos within 24 hours of a shoot and videos withing 48. If you have urgent requirements, please advise upfront so we can put time aside to focus on those as a priority.
- We normally don’t charge for travel, however should a location be more than 50km from central Brisbane we reserve the right to charge a fee. This will be discussed with you prior to accepting the booking.
- Invoices will be issued at the end of the week of a job’s completion and payment is expected to be processed within 7 days of invoice date.
- We may collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
- Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
- We will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
- We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
- There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to customer account, subscriptions to our newsletter and feedback features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username, email and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.
- We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service.
- K1 Media takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
- For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address.
- This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
- From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
